A wholesaler had a retail launch date and a supplier in Istanbul who shipped late. Sea freight would have missed the window entirely.
What we did
We switched the shipment to air freight, booked the next available cargo space out of Istanbul, and pre-cleared the paperwork so customs at OR Tambo released the goods quickly.
The outcome
The stock landed and cleared in time for the launch. The client kept a small air-freight buffer with us for future time-sensitive orders.
